Intensive Dutch courses for beginners and advanced in Amsterdam.
On April 11 (level B1-B2), May 9, June 7, July 4 and August 8 2022 we start our intensive Dutch courses for beginners and advanced in Amsterdam. Depending on your level of Dutch, you can join us during the course.
You will have class for 4 hours a day, 2 hours of grammar and 2 hours conversation. Two hours extra lessons are optional. We offer the possibility to follow the course for 4 or 5 days a week and you can choose a course of 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
There are basic and advanced courses.
- In the basic course A1/A2 you learn to speak Dutch on a basic level in a relatively short time.
- In the follow up courses A2 you will enhance your skills in the Dutch language and you learn to write and speak in a better way.
- In the advanced courses B1 and the advanced plus courses B2 you will learn the automatisms and subtleties of Dutch language. We focus on correct speaking (including common Dutch expressions) and writing. The next B1 and B2 courses start on April 11 2022.
The Exam in your home country
The basic course is very useful for those who want to do the admission exam in their own country! Take a Holiday in the Netherlands, follow the classes at Joost Weet het! in the morning and in the meantime you learn to know our tiny country. When you return to your country you can easily make the entry course for foreigners (the official civic integration examination abroad).
Activities
Next to the courses we regularly organize activities, so you learn to know our country (and the other students) a little bit better. At joost Weet het! You won’t get bored at all! This year, as an extra, we offer SALSA LESSONS on a regular basis. One of our pupils is a really good salsa-teacher and he will give the lessons. So, improve your Dutch and make new friends while dancing salsa!

Starting dates for 2021: April 11 (B1-B2), May 9, June 7, July 4 and August 8 2022. Duration: 2,3 or 4, 8 or 12 weeks How long? 4 hours of classes each day, from 10.00h a.m. till 14.00h.
2 hours of extra classes are optional.

If necessary, we split the groups into two levels.
Prices for the Intensive Dutch courses (in Euro)
Classes are 4 days per week and 4 hours per day
- The price for one extra day is € 50 per week.
- Two hours of extra classes is € 25 each day.
